what's so hard for the school to send the certificates to the state agencies in charge of birth certificates for verification...? if the certificate is not on record then it is fake...or if there is more than one claim to the certificate it can also be rejected....

Ask them...our whole ID thing is a total gd mess. We need a good SS/ID card from birth so bad it's ridiculous.
