yes, profits went up and the stock market shot up, so everyone with a 401K or any money in the market saw an improved financial situation.

What you libs fail to understand is that you cannot tax corporations, all taxes are paid by consumers and unless the tax code is changed it will always be so. According to accepeted accounting practices, taxes paid are considered as a "cost of goods sold" on a corporate P&L or schedule C when filing federal taxes. Trying to punitively tax corporations for making money is pissing into the wind and wondering why your shoes are wet.
