Yes. You see, the checks and balances of the Three-part Separation Theory do not work as expected, and both political parties are pulling it apart without a known solution.

Everybody thinks they are altruistic and wise claiming that they know that the Constitution is not perfect. What do you think is going to eventually happen with a Constitution that is not perfect?
