Actually, if there is evidence that Joe Biden used his political influence to fire a prosecutor who was investigating his son, Trump has both the right and the duty to call for an investigation. It appears there is a lot of evidence, including Biden's own statements, that suggests this is exactly what happened. Biden even bragged about it.
