The Health Care bill was written by somebody else and the Dems produced it and started adding to it. Even they didn't know what was all in it. They didn't care. The GOP came up with ideas like addressing selling pharmaceuticals across state lines and Tort reform and they were told to shove it. Their ideas weren't in there. The only thing they were able to do was stop Single Payer...with the help of some Democrats....and that's about it. The GOP was kept out of the loop in every bill.
