I've heard it said that the historic can of whup-ass known as last tuesday's election, was the American public loudly and defiantly saying NO to the authoritarian socialist agenda that the current administration appears to be pushing.

    Did I hear wrong?

Is Obama already a lame-duck president, only two years into his first (and likely only) term?

Probably not the change he hoped for.

The dems lost midterms for the same reason McCain lost in 2008. Reps crashed and burned the economy and the dems haven't fixed it fast enough.

    Really?

So you don't think Obamacare had anything at all to do with it?

Do I still go to prison if I don't pay taxes to support collective programs I've no wish to see put into effect, and I'm not rich enough to buy immunity?

If the answer to my question is 'yes', the answer to your question is 'no'.

Yes but not enough so. The Socialists/Progressives still control the Senate and the White House. So there is still much more work to be done. Onto the Senate and White House!

America said YES! to the party of NO!

The party that said NO! to:

    -Obama stimulus
    -Obamacare
    -Amnesty
    -Cap and Trade
    -Barney Frank's financial reform

The MSM and people who think Republicans need to compromise with Obama are delusional.

The GOP is certainly in the position of Power when it comes to 2012, but they can also easily blow it. Obama walks to a second term if the GOP nominate Sarah Palin, mark my words. If the GOP nominates Romney, Romney will likely take the election easily.

As for Tuesday's election and Socialims:

    1. Obamacare isn't socialist. It's a monstrous mess of legislation that was a bad idea in more ways than one, but its not socialist. Forcing people to buy from private industry isn't socialism, it's racketeering. Socialism would have been if the public option had been implemented. It wasn't, and so the plan isn't.

    2. The Moderates were pissed off that Obama's biggest priority was Health Care and not jobs, as such they sent his friends home. The GOP can easily meet the same fate in 2012 if they aren't careful.

The Socialists/Progressives still control most of our Government. The Revolution is far from over. Lots more work to be done. The Senate and White House are next.

    Obama won't walk to anything.

And America loves Palin. Every candidate save one or two that she endorsed swept through the election. Explain how that translates to Obama for a second term if she runs herself.
