Tased in the Courtroom

Colonel Yates: " That's why we issue Tasers, they're a less than lethal weapon, ahhh, no one gets hurt and it stops the agressive action immediately."

Well Colonel you're one for three...

NOT a lethal weapon?

If you don't want to be tased don't fuck with the police.
Yeah! They might be wrong but they hold the taser.
The cop who arrested me when I was twenty two was a complete dick but I still did not argue and I don't feel bad for these career criminals getting their ass tased.

rah rah police..let them do what they want .regardless of people's civil liberties....do yall hear your dumbasses....police are like anyone else..fucking corrupt and willing to abuse their power...but yall dont question their actions...they are the police...and when they come for you...who will speak up for you? no one...cause they are the police...fucking bunch of judas ass goats.

I agree, but I believe the point is knowing when to question their actions and stand up to their abuse of power (not referring to all police).

When they have the taser or gun out, then is NOT the time to do so.

The chances of being injured or killed with a taser is a lot less than if the cops were to wrestle you down or just flat out shoot your ass.

Or shoot you, which was about the only option they had for a long time ...

Everyone forgets the simple fact, they risk their lives almost every day to protect a huge number of people from the few idiotic criminals. Of course they make mistakes, but blaming them all for a few mistakes or a very few bad cops (the only ones you hear about in the media) is just plain stupid. People hate the cops until they need them.

That's too bad.

Most people when asked by cops to drop knives and hammers, they drop the knives and hammers.

BTW, I Wonder if she was Using the Knives to Sharpen her Hammers™?

Her nuts itched. She was using them to scratch them.

You right wing pea brains are human waste... you have absolutely NO conscience, empathy or care for human beings or life. Your patriotism has NO connection or affiliation with AmericANS...the "We the people" that live and too often die in this growing police state you fawn over because of other right wing authoritarian pea brains with a badge...

Oh good lord.

According to SoYouWanna the top ten causes of accidental death in America | SoYouWanna.com the number 6 cause of accidental death in the US is suffocation...

6. Suffocation
Deaths per year: 3,300

Call this one the "Heimlich" section, as these deaths mostly resulted from blockages of the respiratory system by food or other objects.

And yet most people don't think of a ham sandwich as lethal. Go figure.

What should the police do? Choke hold? Beat 'em with a baton? Shoot 'em? Just let them rampage?
