I've never had rhubarb pie..... isn't that a vegetable?

It is the stem of a broad leaf plant. I am just familiar with the flavor profile I haven't had it either.

I'd try it, but I don't think I have ever been with family or even a restaurant that offered it. I wonder where it is most popular?

The stuff unfortunately doesnt grow well in the south.
My aunt in Canada used to grow the shit out of it and she made a badass rhubarb pie.

The only thing that I can think of right now is when I eat a deviled egg, I squeeze out the yellow part and give it to whoever wants it.
