At least they kinda had a reason. In my neighborhood, the borough rescheduled Halloween for this Saturday night because it was damp, a few sprinkles, and there might be an occasional breeze. GOD SAVE THE CHILDREN! But at least it was warm in the 60s. Turned out to be a perfect night for Halloween. Saturday night it will be in the 30s.
