An NDA to pay a porn star that you boinked in Vegas while your wife is at home isn't a sex abuse or harassment claim. Oh and sex abuse or harassment payouts have to be against the business entity for them to be deductible as an expense, not the individual in a personal nature.

District Attorney Alvin Bragg faces a big problem. He has to piggyback a misdemeanor to a second felony to get a felony verdict. Otherwise, Trump would only face a misdemeanor state charge.

The prosecution has to prove that Trump intentionally broke a felonious federal election law. In other words, the prosecutors must prove that Trump illegally paid hush money to Stormy Daniels to cover up crimes under federal election law, which would make it a conspiracy to illegally promote a candidate and a New York state felony.

This is the least serious crime that Trump’s accused of. A guilty verdict would come solely under a highly unusual charge under New York state law, making this charge look political from the beginning. Moreover, Trump’s attorneys are prepared for this trial.

I think we said this all along. Bragg is using some obscure state misdemeanor as a way to upgrade another charge to a felony so he can get more heft out of it.

The film also covers the illegal $130,000 hush money payment that Trump allegedly paid Daniels to help his 2016 campaign — which ultimately led to Trump being indicted in New York for falsifying business records.

This is the monster that the Republican Party wants to put back in the White House. We cannot allow them to succeed.
