Given the voluminous number of criminal charges that multiply-indicted former president Donald Trump is facing, figuring out which prosecutor gets first dibs has been a bit of a guessing game.
The three main criminal prosecutions against Trump are his classified documents case in Florida, his election interference case in Washington DC, and the Stormy Daniels hush money case in New York, where Trump is accused of falsifying documents to cover up his payments.
While Special Counsel Jack Smith is overseeing the prosecution of the first two of these cases, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is in charge of the hush money prosecution — which is essentially an election interference case because Trump likely sought to hide his payments to Daniels to avoid tanking his 2016 election chances.
D.A. Bragg has long expected to defer to the primacy of the federal prosecutions in setting his trial dates, but now, due to a number of factors, it unexpectedly looks like his case may be the first criminal trial to actually commence.

SCHEDULES: Will Stormy Daniels hush money case be Trump’s 1st criminal trial?
Yep, it looks like the Stormy Daniels hush money case may be Trump's 1st criminal trial. What do you think?
What is wrong with Christian conservatives? Trump is guilty of far more and far worse sex scandals than Bill Clinton, but most Christian conservatives think Trump was sent by God.
They don't
You have been lied to.

"Trump is accused of falsifying documents to cover up his payments."
Did you really think the charge was for paying off hoes?
By falsifying documents. The prosecution has to prove that Trump intentionally broke a felonious federal election law. In other words, the prosecutors must prove that Trump illegally paid hush money to Stormy Daniels to cover up crimes under federal election law, which would make it a conspiracy to illegally promote a candidate and a New York state felony.
How did he illegally pay hush money?
By falsifying documents.
By falsifying documents.
Why do you keep asking me questions? What documents made paying the hoe illegal?
Link please. The problem is that what the prosecution wants to have happened, did not actually happen.
