No it's not. It's 8 years old, a state case, a misdemeanor. And Bragg is trying to try this as a federal felony. Why is a state judge allowing this? It's too old to try because statute of limitation has run out. It should not be tried in a state court. It's a waste of taxpayer's money and will be thrown out if convicted.
