Wow. That's pretty big talk from a country that has spent the last two decades ripping itself apart. Someone needs to pull this "scholar" out of the library and had him a newspaper. (Ukraine,Georgia,Chechnya ring a bell?)

Venezuela is a basket case and China's growing economy depends largely on selling us all their crap. Plus China can't project power except on land. And what little Air Force and Navy they have was, well, made in China. LOL
