Not sure what I think about this yet. I'm kind of a fan of the job Iowans and New Hampshire do--their voters take it seriously and they're pretty darn good at it. It's good to force these guys to get close enough for voters to smell them.
There's good arguments the other way, too. This gets my attention:
Many Republicans also criticize those two states for their homogenous demographics, and argue the GOP will struggle to attract minority voters until the primary campaign runs through diverse areas.
This is one of those issues where most people will gravitate to saying their own state deserves a turn now and then. Hard to argue they're wrong. New Hampshire isn't even a swing state anymore, plus I am darn sick of ethanol mandates....
