Republicans are losing their war on women

If the liberals want women en masse to believe that conservative politicians hate them, then libs will also have to convince them that their conservative husbands, fathers, brothers, etc. also hate them...so good luck with that.
Funny, all my conservative relatives believe that birth control, like every other preventative health care need, be covered. Even the faux-cons.

I can't imagine a single reason that an insurance company shouldn't cover preventative health care.

I didn't mention what policies women support...but rather that libs expect women to be ruled by their emotions on this issue, and buy into the concept that there is a "war" against them from conservatives. The economy is what will take priority for most voters, including women.

But it's so nice to know that liberals think we're all hysterical idiots, isn't it?

I just don't get the Republicans...? They are drifting further and further over the edge.

The REPUBLICANS?! You halfwits bring this shit up and throw screaming tantrums about it until the Republicans have no choice but to comment on it, and THEN you screech and holler about how THEY are campaigning on it.

You're so far over the edge, you're like Wile E. Coyote, feeling the air with his foot right before plunging to the bottom of the chasm. Get a reality check.

It all started with Eve. Adam, whom I suspect was a Republican, was angry that after Eve got his rib, she wanted to vote and get a job and be fairly paid. That ungrateful woman! Adam argued back and then Eve registered as an independent, and eventually became a swing vote soccer mom. But anyway…

Fast-forward to February 2011 when anti-choice Republicans pushed a rogue measure to cut off all federal funding from Planned Parenthood, even though less than 3% of services provided by Planned Parenthood are abortions, none of which are paid for using federal grant dollars.

In a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll while in an imagined face-to-face match up, President Obama currently trails Mitt Romney by six percentage points with male voters, but the president has an 18 point lead with women --- across political parties.Yes, There Is A Republican War On Women Voters | Fox News

The bolded part is false:

In fact, abortion services make up less than 15 percent of Planned Parenthood's annual revenue.

And the underlined portion of your post can't be proved one way or the other as anybody can juggle the numbers to look how they want them to.

Why should PP have 1/3 of their budget funded by U.S?

I'd guess that one policy is women don't want some panel of middle-aged white males tell them what their reproductive rights are.

I'll tell you for a fact that what a lot of women don't want is "enlightened" men of any age pandering to and patronizing them. You're not impressing us, and it's not going to get you laid, just so you know.

"Reproductive rights". What a load of fucking hogwash. I can't decide which group makes me want to vomit more: the screeching lesbian viragos who invent such bullshit and try to project it onto the rest of us, or the men who parrot it and help them push it on us because they're either pussies or cads. It's a close race, I'll tell you that.

And I'll tell you something else: since the liberal "champions" of what women are going to be forced to want whether they actually do or not just LOVE to tell conservative men that they have no right to say anything about "reproductive rights", I believe I'm going to invoke that now. You have a penis, so you have no say. Shut the fuck up.

Why should insurance pay for sex? I won't argue about covering BC for medical reason outside of pregnancy prevention, but why should insurance be mandated to cover sexual activities?

Insurance is supposed to protect someone from catastrophic losses, not because they are horny.

Plus, if women's reproductive issues are their own business, then why get the government involved?

The government comprises both males and females. Both of which engage in sexual activities. Those activities can harm both segments of the government- the men and the women.
There is no such thing as a government. So why NOT protect the women, when that protection protects the men as well?

Congratulations. You had the most nonsensical post I have read all day. Did you have to work at it, or is being incomprehensible just a natural talent for you?

I can't say I'm at all shocked that we are losing a war we aren't fighting. In fact, I am sure we are contributing to our "loss" by empowering women the way we do.

It's the right wing in congress, who don't think violence against women is any big deal.

Based on what? Your personal, penis-bearing judgement about what women should want and approve of?

So why weren't any women on Blunt's advisory panel?

Why should there be?

The only conclusion I can arrive at, is that Republicans want middle-aged, white men to make all of their reproductive choices for them.

The only conclusion I can arrive at is that a penis-bearer is telling women what they should and shouldn't think about how the government is run. Believe me, chum, I can decide what I should and shouldn't be outraged about without any condescending advice from you and your dick. And those men in the government were at least elected to represent the women of their districts. Who the hell elected YOU to speak for any women at all?

I'd guess that one policy is women don't want some panel of middle-aged white males tell them what their reproductive rights are.

I still won't let it take priority over who I think will be better for the economy...and I doubt that I'm alone.

That's certainly your choice. If you choose to have middle aged white male to decide all your reproductive choices, go for it. Lucky for the American people that we're finally getting out of the Bush abyss.

Oh, thank you SO MUCH, Mr. Patronizing Penis Bearer, for generously allowing us to have our own choice.

If I choose to have you and your dick patronizingly tell me what to decide and how to decide it and who to vote for, I'll call you. Until then, why the fuck are you still talking?

As opposed to you? You think YOU should decide her reproductive choices?

He thinks he should tell women what they should decide, because obviously he believes that women are too stupid to decide for themselves.

Of course, HE'S too stupid to see the irony in him and his penis preaching to women about men making their decisions.

You should stalk me more, because then you'd know my stance on that issue...but it STILL won't be mine, or many others, top voting issue.:D

Stalk you? Shit for brains, I don't even know who you are. I post on this forum, and respond to those posts I want to respond to. You cowardly pissant, get over yourself. You aren't in anyway important to me. You just provide low hanging fruit of a moron, and I go for easy pickings.

Now tell me about how your want middle-aged, white males, to make all your reproductive choices.

Why don't YOU tell us about YOU, the abusive, misogynist man who wants to tell us what "reproductive choices" we should want to make, and then verbally abuses women who dare to disagree with him because they're stupid?

The irony here is just delicious, since the only way we can do what you want is to totally ignore YOU, which would then mean we would have no idea what you wanted, and wouldn't be able to do it.

See if you can think past the testosterone haze long enough to follow me on this, Cro Magnon Man: if men shouldn't have any say in our "reproductive choices", that includes YOU. So quit trying to stick your "oar" in and butt out.

Americans overwhelmingly regard the debate over President Barack Obama’s policy on employer-provided contraceptive coverage as a matter of women’s health, not religious freedom, rejecting Republicans’ rationale for opposing the rule. More than three-quarters say the topic shouldn’t even be a part of the U.S. political debate.

More than six in 10 respondents to a Bloomberg National Poll -- including almost 70 percent of women -- say the issue involves health care and access to birth control, according to the survey taken March 8-11.

That conflicts with Republican presidential candidates Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney, who say Obama is violating religious freedom by requiring employers -- including those with religious objections to birth control -- to provide a way for women to obtain contraceptive coverage as part of their insurance plans.

When you first showed up I thought...ya..This guy is smart.. Paints so-so canvas.. like the covers of old Moody Blues albums.. Seems to know a lot of science... encouraged others ..all good character planks.

BUT now I know why you are the only guy on the planet with a winch on the front and the back of his Jeep. It's because you are in some ways willfully ignorant and make bad decisions when you are trying to go somewhere.. People, out on the trail..experts..people with experience, probably told ya a thousand times.. "Bobby... your stupid Jeep can't do that..you are endangering youself and your equipment.." Not to mention they just got sick of rescuing you from your gung ho stupidity so when they see ya in the ditch or at the bottom of a waterfall they just shake their heads and go right on by. Ya..you probably DO need two winches.

Putting people, Americans, down for caring is rude. It is ignorant. Your posts as of late show you to be one of the crowd of Christian Fundamentalist morons that calls everyone that doesn't agree with your talking points.."A Liberal". I am dissappointed. I thought you were smarter than that. Ya sometimes progressives and democrats can be tedious and impatient. But there is a reason why the world looks up to the USA and it isn't because we have the best fighting forces. It's because we have and deserve to have the Statue of Liberty. We are the shining ligh up on the hill. It is not a light to warn away strangers..it is the welcome light to all that want freedom. It is because we are so strong and collectively wise that we usually don't act like bullies... It takes a hell of a lot of goading to make us over reach with our strength. OK..so you are a "conservative"..whatever that means to you.. It doesn't mean you have to be an asshole.

Hilarious post by a clown. Cool. Love it.

The winch on the front is for everyone else. The one on the back is for me. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I learned long ago, and after 26 Jeeps and 44 years of them, 4 times around the planet and then some with the latest, that seldom do I want to winch myself deeper into a screw up......

So, finally learned to mount one on the back........der..... like most heavy machinery does.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

You have no clue hon, but your post is sound, errors and all. Peace. I apologize if I offended you.

It's all good. I live to amuse those with all the clues.

Democrats need to talk about anything else except the economy, unemployment, 5dollar gas, food prices sky high..

so they come up with this bullshit, WAR on Women

and the good little useful tools spread it around right on cue..

good little sheep they are.

Is anyone else a little burned out on the overuse of the word "war"?

Add that to "radical", "evil", "socialist" and "racist".

Seems to me we need to come up with new words that are worse than those words, so that those words don't seem so ridiculously hyperbolic.

Does anyone understand what the hell I just said?

They're losing their wars on drugs too...dating back to Nixon days. Seems the only wars they win is the wars of choice when they go unnecessarily to a small country 10,000 miles away and bomb one that doesn't even have an effective air force. That's called "Bullying" isn't it

Shucks....it takes them ten years and a trillion dollars to do that.

The GOP is caught in a device of its own design.

On one hand it welcomes fundamentalist Christians and their POV into the GOP tent.

OTOH, it counts on conservative women to vote for their candidates.

Sadly a LOT of conservative women think the fundamentalist Christan POV is misogynistic and a threat to woman's freedom to control their own bodies.

Obviously that can be an even real worse for the GOP when a GOP taking head and obvious woman-hating pig like RUSH loses it and reminds women just what a HATE-FEST many of the GOPers have when it comes to WOMAN'S ISSUES.

It is entirely possible that RUSH LIMBAUGH's childish woman-hating rants might have cost the GOP this election, folks.
