By enforcing punishments for that, all the system does is make it worse for the kids they're trying to help. Mockery in school is part of growing up. It always has been. I think it shows the culture teachers have created...They in many cases ARE the bullies in the school. It shouldn't make a difference which denoter is behind their name, I would not support this woman based on the short clip...I'd have to hear more from her on that though...
