Culture is obviously not a natural characteristic, but a set of practices and beliefs people live by and reproduce in relatively similar form over time. Culture is not tied to any genetic factor and is never static. Here we come back to the fact that there is no intrinsic reason for people of different 'races' not to mix, such mixing has always and everywhere taken place throughout human history when physically possible, and that open interracial coupling is growing more and more common all the time as legal barriers have fallen and cultures have changed (as, again, they always do).
