quite the turn out at that one nation rally

Updated attendance has been published:

127 Million people attended the rally, including Oprah and Ted Kennedy.

Not sure bout this but how many of those commies needed a ride?

Commies? Rlmao...did you type this from the while cutting your hair with a flowbee? the 80's want you back.

I always have my hair done by a hairdresser. Somebody that knows how to do a scissor-cut and make it lay the way it's supposed to. I wish I was back in the 80s.

Sorry....but this One-nation deal is really just another word for a large Marxist rally.

Power to the people.

Workers Unite.

All that commie bullshit.

Power to the people is communist?

Oh noooooo!

You do realize that the Communist party of America was one of the sponsors right.

prove it

Chicago Democratic Socialists of America

Committee of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism

Communist Party USA (CPUSA)

Democratic Socialists of America

Detroit Democratic Socialists of America

International Socialist Organization

New York City Democratic Socialists of America

One Nation Working Together

Sponsors...endorsements all the same huh?

"Due to the increasing number of endorsements, we are no longer able to publish all the names of endorsing organizations on the website. Endorsing organizations will receive regular updates. Thank you for supporting One Nation Working Together and jobs, justice and education."

Be careful cause Bin Laden endorsed John McCain and George Bush...tread lightly

Semantics.

Point is they were part of it. As were several other extremely Far left groups.

Oh noooooo!

Nothing in the article says "Power to the people", only the title.

The writer is the one coining the phrase.

They only said that they wanted power in the hands of the people.

Power to the people is an old 60s slogan repeated by anti-war protesters.

Just in case you forgot.

IowaPolitics.com: RPI: House Republicans: Return power to the people

Wait, wait...no that power to those people is totally cool :eusa_shhh:

Organizers estimated the crowd at close to 200,000 -- the National Park Service no longer provides crowd estimates, and most agencies reported the crowd to number in the thousands but not extending as far as Glenn Beck's August rally -- with national director Leah Daughtry calling the event “true democracy and good old-fashioned organizing at work.”

“This is an important moment in the progressive movement, as each person returns home and continues to rally our fellow Americans,” Daughtry said. “We head to the ballot box in November and re-commit ourselves to our common future.”

Return power to the people is not a commie slogan dipshit.

You keep trying to prove that the Republicans are saying "Power to the people" and they aren't .

Ask Heritage (Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh) - The Heritage Foundation

"Or will we choose a new and bolder direction that returns power to the people?"

Should have read; "Socialists getting free bus rides turn out en masse for free lunch and tee shirts"

I guess the only way for you to disagree with me is to make up shit.

I guess advancing the cause of equality and racial harmony starts with pointing out the positives in there being less whites attending political rallies.

More diverse doesnt mean less white...go read a dictionary.

There were way less people at this rally than Beck's.

So the only logical conclusion when someone says "more diverse" is that there were less whites.

I suppose you're going to wiggle out of this one and claim you weren't talking about race in regards to "diverse"?

he's not wiggling out of shit. He's a racist.

Why even point out diversity?

What does it matter what color any particular person was that attended a rally?

Everytime someone feels the need to point out racial disparity, race relations ironically takes another hit.

The point is that somehow, The Fact that most of the people at Becks Rally were white was bad, But the fact that Most of the people at this one were also white is not bad.

All this in a Nation that is mostly white.

Go figure :)
