The point of emphasizing the individual and their ability to succeed and give of themselves, harkens back to our puritan work ethic! I am not without compassion, I just think that for those amongst us that really need help, the local charities are the way to go.
I agree with that. Befriend nonsensical libs if you wish. I will take the road less travelled, maybe that will make all the difference. What are we talking about ?
