It was stupid of her to be standing there to begin with. Even more stupid for the criminal fool who pushed her, and the other idiots standing around there, who acted like it was some kind of a game.

Holgerson says she did not ask to be pushed, and says that Smith is lying. Looking at the tape, it appears that the push occurred when Holgerson was unaware it was going to happen.

It was very sudden, and frankly, the girl is lucky her neck wasn't broken just from the push alone. I think Holgerson is telling the truth. I think Smith is lying and should be prosecuted. She's lucky if she just gets a year in jail. This could just about be a case of attempted murder.

I wonder also, what role, if any, the other people at the scene played. Like instigating this maybe.
