While there are other choices and some may wish to "stay in the middle," for the sake of this poll pick the option with which you'd feel more comfortable or have the most affinity towards.

I'm just curious to see what the modern-day feelings toward these two terms are. If you're not familiar with them I'd kindly ask that you familiarize with what they stand for before voting. Thank you.

Now vote away!

Neither,

I choose liberty.
Usurers like to set the "game" up as an either-or scenario.

Well I choose... I earn what I honestly earn, through labor. And you earn what you earn through labor.
None of the " I have a bunch of thugs imprison you because I have a lot of shiny rocks and get to take all of your earnings which you earned from honest labor" BS.

Simple as that.

You mean savage capitalism or capitalism with reasonable regulation and justice and a good safety net- then I'll take socialism, because I know what it means. NOT communism, as socialism is ALWAYS democratic.

Plenty of people who call themselves socialist disagree.

I mean Capitalism as in the freedom for individuals to acquire capital and do with it what they see fit.

And it's funny you mentioned communism. I didn't mention it at all.. Is it somehow intertwined with socialism?

Capitalism is by far, the only system that allows for the maximum amount of freedom and liberty in the world.

Socialism has its place.......in a history book.

BS.

Socialism is sin.
Usury (capitalism) is sin.

There is more than just two ways, ye of limited thought.

I choose Liberty and self reliance. After that just walk like a man. The rest will fall into place or be crushed under the heel of my boot. America has spent decades teaching our male children to be less than men. Luckily for our nation many parent saw that and made sure to teach it as it was their responsibility in the first place.

Well, for this poll we're specifically talking about two economic systems. Socialism and capitalism.

I acknowledged that there were other options, but for the sake of this discussion I'd like to stick to these two.

Still ignorant I see. Yet you agree with Redbone, who promotes individualism. A keystone of capitalism.

Perhaps you should go get your talking points straightened out. I won't wait up.

And I'd do a little more reading on capitalism if you think it is a synonym to usury.

Well, it is a tired argument, and extremely limited in thought.
I'm not trying to offend, but this the whole "left vs right" argument is extremely scripted, the winner in either scenario is the usurer.

Expand your thought beyond the propaganda, there are many other "economic systems" much more worthy of discussion.

Capitalism tempered with charity rather than greed works much better than socialism.

Capitalism driven by greed is oppressive...but still much better than socialism.

Socialism is little more than demanded charity.

I don't think so.

It says a lot about a person which of these two ideologies they'd rather subscribe to.

One gives freedom to the individual, the other promotes the collective good.
