I always thought the guy looked like he had a massive headache 24hrs a day.

He had a glass eye because of some condition he had as a kid, he lost his eye...

I read the below quote somewhere and thought it was fitting. Peter Falk was a giant among actors and a very funny man. I'm sure he would appreciate the humor.

Falk would have died a few minutes earlier, but he came back and said "there's just one more thing that's been bothering me."
