The word "palestine" is from the word Philistine, Aegean invaders of Canaan/Israel from ancient times who originated from Greece, and Philistine is from the Hebrew word Peleshet that means "invader" and "Land of Invaders" referring to the coastal Mediterranean colony Philistia where the Philistines settled.

Given that today's so-called "palestinians" are based on the Hebrew word for invader, Peleshet, it's not surprising that a prominent "palestinian" leader admitted that "palestinians" originated from Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other Arab entities when they "invaded" Jewish Israel.

Palestinians are modern-day invaders to Jewish Israel.
