IF HE WERE truly INNOCENT, what he should have done is stayed calm, cool, and collected..monotone or level voice, explain that he really did not do this and she must be mistaken... answer all the questions the Senators asked him and not danced around on his answers with lawyered up responses that he had to mmemorize instead of his own natural self, looked them straight in the eyes and show concern for their concern, not have been belligerent but steady and calm and INNOCENT appearing, kind and empathetic towards Dr Ford, and say she must be mistaken because he knows he could have never done this... instead of acting like a completed spoiled brat, jerk, and extremely unprofessional.
His calmness, and level-headedness, would have been enough for Flake, Collins etc
He was criticized for being too calm post Fox interview. Poor guy can’t win.
And I did watch him and wife, for a good deal of the interview and I was not impressed, but for different reasons... He was stiff and kept avoiding answering questions directly... by repeating lines he memorized that his coaches/lawyers told him to say....
It was a robotic interview, by a not so good actor...
I came away thinking he had really crappy advisers,
and wished he would have just "been himself" instead of some half frozen machine that only has a handful of fortunes it can spit out to people when you put the quarter in....
It was not Trump supporters. Sigh? What world do you live in?
