According to the birthers: Forty some odd years ago, phony birth announcements were planted in two Hawiian newspapers, then the Hawaiian DOT was paid off, then later the Illinois DOT, then U.S. State Dept., the Secret Service and the FBI. Last I heard there is only a computer generated image for "examination" if you can call it that.

That "image" is of the document used by the President to get approval from the State Dept., the Secret Service, the DMV of two different states, banks, etc., for over 40 years.

What's hysterical is that if some birther bumpkin parades a "document" on TV and says it's legit or false, all YOU are seeing is an image or reading/seeing it in your local newspaper.

The more one logically analyzes this, the stupider the whole birther movement becomes.

my birth state, alabama, sent me a COLB, short form, computer generated birth certificate, and with that, I got my passport....I had to send the gvt my COLB when I applied for it, and they then sent it back to me, and then sent me my passport a few weeks later....
