Obama the only president in American history to serve two complete terms with the nation at war.

Army shrinks to smallest level since before World War II

The Army’s latest headcount shows that nearly 2,600 soldiers departed active service in March without being replaced, an action that plunges manning to its lowest level since before World War II.

During the past year the size of the active force has been reduced by 16,548 soldiers, the rough equivalent of three brigades.

Endstrength for March was 479,172 soldiers, which is 154 fewer troopers than were on active duty when the Army halted the post-Cold War drawdown in 1999 with 479,424 soldiers, the smallest force since 1940, when the active component numbered 269,023 soldiers.

The Army Times doesn't say that.

Say what?

Your article, the headcount is planned and the Army Times isn't whining over it like you are. What can't the army do? Youf answer is vague and insufficient.

If the lessons of Iraq don't sink now, they never will

Are you kidding? The Republicans are ready to go back into Iraq in full force.

Yeah, no sinking took place.

Obama is doing the best job in Iraq right now that could be done, if we're going to be there at all. He is helping the Iraqis learn to help themselves,

and not simply sending US troops do the fighting and dying for them.

Bang up job he's done in training AQI to fight for him in Syria in an undeclared war without congressional approval and watching on the sideline as AQI became ISIL.

Nice how 1/2 a billion dollars went to the Muslim Brotherhood to light the Middle East on fire.

Thanks Hillary and Obama for destroying the stability that had been won in Iraq. A stability that both Obama and Biden praised and took as their accomplishment.

You can't bath in the glory of a victory and then claim that when your following action destroy the victory that this is really to be blamed on your predecessor.

Anyone with a brain can see through that bullshit.
What??? Obama gave a half billion to the muslime brotherhood???
Why USMB's world renowned lawyer Clayton Jones says that's a clear violation of the establishment clause of the Constitution

“The establishment of religion clause means at least this: Neither a state nor the federal government may set up a church. Neither can pass laws that aid one religion, aid all religions, or prefer one religion over another. Neither can force a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion… . Neither a state or the federal government may, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organizations or groups and vice versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect ‘a wall of separation between church and state.’”

But it it involves Obama's religion or anything else obama does the left throws the constitution out the window

WASHINGTON — President Obama came into office seven years ago pledging to end the wars of his predecessor, George W. Bush. On May 6, with eight months left before he vacates the White House, Mr. Obama passed a somber, little-noticed milestone: He has now been at war longer than Mr. Bush, or any other American president.

Another legacy milestone for the bathroomster

I don't like Obama...

But how is that his fault.

We were still in a state of war with Iraq from 1991.

More proof that the far left will make up history to protect their messiah..

Obama has always been a W light or W heavy guy. Depending on the day. New boss is the same as the old boss.

It is difficult to end a war if you are not committed to a resolution. BO tried to back out of the situation without any regard for resolution. Therefore the enemies knew he was leaving and they would continue the fight, so it has dragged on with no resolution. In war, either try to win or concede. He has done neither.

Yeah, how has that worked out?

The entire Middle East on fire, Russia is buzzing our Navy. China is building entire islands with military installations among the natural, disputed islands in the China Sea. North Korea is testing nuclear weapons and ICBM's while selling technology and equipment to Iran. Meanwhile, Iran is continuing on with their nuclear weapon technology. They are continuing to fund terrorism and India is trying to buy billions of dollars in oil from them.

So yeah, how is that all working out meanwhile...Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama is more concerned with having men using the women's restrooms.

Every time Progressives force such slashes in our military, we are put in a position of having to spend twice the amount in order to mount a crash program to build up the military.

The world is in a total state of chaos and Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama's top priority is getting men to use women's restrooms and showers.

God only knows if we can make it through the next eight months with a President bent on destruction of the United States.

The world is on fire due to Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama's total incompetence and failure to ever listen to his own generals.

We have seen what a vacuum of leadership leaves in the world. How is that a good thing for us or the rest of the world?
