There's a lot of reasons why he shouldn't be replacing Sessions but the fact that he was on the Board of Directors of a company that was scamming people (and which he took part in threatening those that complained) and was fined 25 million dollars is right there up front.

The guy is a crook...appointed to the highest law enforcement position in the nation...without the requisite Senate confirmation

In May, a judgment requiring World Patent Marketing to pay the government $25,987,192 was entered against the company by a federal court in southern Florida. Whitaker was not named among the defendants in the case.

And it wasn’t the fbi that investigated the company.

Hate to burst your bubble. Not.

Law enforcement being the biggest crooks isn't anything abnormal in the US.

He should not have any oversight over Mueller given the highly prejudicial comments he had made.

He was not named in the judgement, dear.

And did you blame Hillary when she sat on the Board of LaFarge Cement?
They were fined over $200 million.

He actually was only on an advisory Board, not the Board of Directors, as was Clinton.

Mueller is conducting an illegal investigation without even the slightest probable cause.
After over 2 years he has found nothing that points to Russian Collusion.
The entire investigation is a sham designed to cover up illegal acts by Hillary and the Obama Administration using the FBI as co-conspirators.

ORLY?...And what of the highly prejudicial comments of the hack lawyers Muller has working on his mob of inquisitors?...Why haven't they been disqualified for the same reason?

Example?

And do you think someone who has made prejudicial comments on an investigation, and has taken sides on it, should be in charge of it? That would be pretty damming imo.

A lot of taxpayer funded “sham” investigations that were allowed to be completed. But somehow this one must be stopped. What are you all so afraid of?

You almost gotta scratch your head when the FBI should be under the A.G. 's investigation.

Well, you've got to scratch your head when the whole damn system is corrupt and people point out only one part that's corrupt and conveniently ignore their own "side's" corruption.

I'm only mildly surprised that you don't know about this...Weissmann is one of the biggest crooks in an expensive suit on the planet...You really oughtta pay closer attention to who is on your team...

Conservative group says Mueller team lawyer’s email shows bias

Use your brains.
Hate to break it to you, but the same FBI that covered up those crimes is doing this fake investigation on Trump.

What a load of horseshit. Snowflakes are always inventing reasons why they people who are eager to investigate the deep state criminals shouldn't be allowed to do it.

He made those comments as an opinion commentator on TV, he wasn't privy to all the facts at that time. Now he's on the inside with access to the facts, has he expressed an opinion since he rejoined the DOJ?
