New AG Under FBI Investigation

There's a lot of reasons why he shouldn't be replacing Sessions but the fact that he was on the Board of Directors of a company that was scamming people (and which he took part in threatening those that complained) and was fined 25 million dollars is right there up front.

The guy is a crook...appointed to the highest law enforcement position in the nation...without the requisite Senate confirmation
Do you whiny ass democrats never take a break? Did it occur to you that one of the great things about this nation was our ability to have a peaceful transfer of power? Your team is becoming insufferable with your inability to accept when you lose. Pull on some big girl pants please.
It is two years on...get over it. The election is over. Quit blaming every Trump criticism on the election.
We're blaming it on deranged whiny assed snowflakes, honey.

He should not have any oversight over Mueller given the highly prejudicial comments he had made.

But it was just fine and dandy for the top leadership of the FBI to openly discus hostility about TRUMP becoming POTUS, including comments of having an insurance policy to prevent TRUMP form becoming POTUS, while conducting an investigation against his campaign, along with comments made of wearing a wire to record TRUMP after he took office, as well as going to great lengths to hide information from congress and the public?

Let me get this straight, it's okay for Rosenstein to not have to recuse himself after having commented on wearing a wire to record TRUMP, but not okay for Whitaker to have made critical comments about the Mueller investigation? What about comments made by Mueller regarding TRUMP?

Maybe we need to see ALL of Mueller communications after TRUMP interview him and passed him over as a replacement for Comey.
What top leadership and what specific statements? If Trump is being investigated, then discussing wearing a wire is appropriate is it not? Rosenstein said he was joking, it did not happen so what is the issue?

Do you think it is appropriate to have someone in charge of an investigation he has openly trashed?

Wait what :eek-52: you think it's appropriate to secretly record the POTUS simply because he is being investigated? Also at the time Rosenstien made the comment hadn't Comey recently told TRUMP he wasn't under investigation?
Can you post for me what evidence has been found that would justify the Obama administrations wiretap of Carter Page?
Why hasn't Page been indicted, when the FISA warrant signed by Rosenstein identified Page as a spy for Russia?

No. That isn’t what said. There is a whole legal process one has to go through in order to do it.

Comey told Trump, amidst Trump’s demands for personal loyalty, that Trump wasn’t a target. At the time.

Can you answer the question instead of deflecting?

I took out the "like you" part, but I can see now that was a mistake.

You keep trying to deflect into the investigation itself not it’s oversight. When judges judges make prejudicial comments about a case the are recused. Why on earth would you would you put someone in a supervisory role when he has already attacked the investigation? Rhetorical question really, you don’t want to see the investigation concluded and are willing to do anything to stop it...:itsok:

There is no Need for senate conformation on A temporary position. Sessions was not doing his job so he had to be replaced...

The President HAS THE AUTHORITY to change and fill this position at his will.

Radical Democrats mistakenly believe Presidential powers are theirs. Bizzaro huh?

Maybe I'm not following can you post what specific comments Whitaker has made that are prejudicial towards the Mueller Russia investigation or Mueller himself?

He should not have any oversight over Mueller given the highly prejudicial comments he had made.
... in a normal world....
.

What specific prejudicial comments has Whitaker made?

All I can find are comments he made stating the Mueller investigation cannot investigate matters outside the scope memorandum and he details going after TRUMP's finances as being outside the scope of the investigation. I'm pretty sure neither you nor anyone else on this site has seen the unreacted scope memorandum, unlike Whitaker who most certainly has.

Even taken in a vacuum, Whittaker's comments on this matter indicate a clear prejudice that just happens to coincide with what Trump has been saying for two years.

Worse, taken in context, including Trump's general behaviors and other comments Whittaker has made on other topics, this looks pretty obvious.

Of course, right wingers won't "see" a thing, no matter what, which is standard operating procedure for myopic partisans on both ends of the spectrum.

No TRUMP has said the Mueller investigation is a witch hunt from the beginning. Whitaker has said if the special council works outside the scope memorandum it would be a witch hunt. Mueller is leading a special council not an independent investigation.

Stop trying to reason with a trumper -- they will support anyone and anything Trump appoints -- until Trump disavows the person and then his minions will go on about how that appointee was a traitor, blah blah blah...these people are cult members

So it’s clear, Whitaker is NOT under FBI investigation,

FBI Is Investigating Florida Company Where Whitaker Was Advisory-Board Member

FBI Is Investigating Florida Company Where Whitaker Was Advisory-Board Member

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is conducting a criminal investigation of a Florida company accused of scamming millions from customers during the period that Matthew Whitaker, the acting U.S. attorney general, served as a paid advisory-board member, according to an alleged victim who was contacted by the FBI and other people familiar with the matter.

The investigation is being handled by the Miami office of the FBI and by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, according to an email sent to the alleged victim last year by an FBI victim specialist. A recording on a phone line set up by the Justice Department to help victims said Friday the case remains active.

OP is a liar.

Stop trying to reason with a trumper -- they will support anyone and anything Trump appoints -- until Trump disavows the person and then his minions will go on about how that appointee was a traitor, blah blah blah...these people are cult members

This from a retarded Hillary blower. Lol.

I voted for the guy who defeated Hillary the first time....so spare me the Hillary deflection...

How about you address the OP.....

'Scam' Company Advised By Matthew Whitaker Threatened Victims, But Hundreds Filed Complaints Anyway

"In emails uncovered by the FTC investigation, Whitaker personally threatened a customer who complained, according to a story in the Miami New Times that was picked up by other news outlets.

The emails the FTC obtained, in fact, suggests Whitaker used his background as a U.S. attorney to try to silence customers who claimed they were defrauded by the company and sought to take their complaints public."

Here is some more sourced information for you to deflect from...

Who reflects regard? No one. Fact is, the OP was addressed. Show us where he is named in and FBI complaint or go back to dreaming about having Hillary on a pole in your living room.
