Two men arrested in plot to attack Seattle military processing facility

Seattle, WA. -- Authorities have arrested two self-radicalized Muslims for planning a deadly attack on the Military Entrance Processing Station with machine guns and hand grenades. “The station employs 600 military and civilian workers and houses a federal day-care center.”
Abu Khalid Abdul-Latif, aka Joseph Anthony Davis, 33, of Seattle, and Walli Mujahidh, aka Frederick Dominque Jr., 32, of Los Angeles were converted to Islam in prison.
The two men tried to recruit a third man who told on them and became a police informant. The informant helped authorities to record and videotape the men discussing the plans to kill American men, women and children.
The men had been planning this terrorist plot for months and unbeknownst to them the FBI had secretly been recording them. “Agents monitored the purchase of the weapons and had rendered them inoperable.”
Agents also seized materials from the homes of the men they said there were a lot of radical Muslim DVDs and literature.
Abdul-Latif was recorded explaining that his "anger over the United States Military's real or perceived activities in Afghanistan, Iraq and Yemen" motivated the attacks. He was also "upset at revelations coming from military courts-martial proceedings against a group of soldiers at the base accused of murdering innocent civilians in Afghanistan."
