Article 6 states:

Article 80:
Article 80 of the UN Charter, once known unofficially as the Jewish People’s clause, which preserves intact all the rights granted to Jews under the Mandate for Palestine, even after the Mandate’s expiry on May 14-15, 1948.
Under this provision of international law (the Charter is an international treaty), Jewish rights to Palestine and the Land of Israel were not to be altered in any way unless there had been an intervening trusteeship agreement between the states or parties concerned, which would have converted the Mandate into a trusteeship or trust territory. You cannot interpret a video if you do not know what is happening and unless you speak Arabic or Hebrew you have no idea what is going on. The end of the video shows an agreement, so whatever was going on the matter was resolved.
You can clearly see in the video people on one side of the fence picking olives. Then the IDF comes up in their Humvee and you can clearly see one of the soldiers shooting tear gas at the olive pickers, while one Palestinian is just standing there talking to them!

The Palestinians never lost a war with Israel.

The Palestinians had the right to reject the partition of their land and they did. Consequently the Security Council did not implement the plan. No land was given to Israel.

Resolution 181 was/is a dead issue.
