about 2 years ago....my hubby decided i didnt need my belks card..and told me to cut it up....
i cut my card up...as he said to...a few months later he notices the belks bill and ask me why i had not closed the account? i point out ...he said to cut the card up ..never said to close the account....he laughed and didnt say much...
so we are down east and i remember i have to make a payment....he is not happy...but takes me down to belks and tells me to pay the damn thing off....i cant i dont have enough cash on hand they would not take my debit card....
to make a long story short...he looks at me..and goes..."close that account and there best not be a loophole".....i closed it today....he is such a bully.
