My supervisor called me last night and said we have a "3 hour delay" due to snow/rain and I was like really???

Then I said...........I never heard of that seems to me they should just close the office altogether because once we get there no one is going to be doing any work. So I wake today and she called and tells me the office is closed. lol I have never in my life heard of a 3 hour delay so I guess they realized that didnt make a lot of sense
