There is currently A JOB SURPLUS for folks that are "positioned with job skills that work in the 21st Century". Our ENTIRE economic problem is that there is no POLITICAL leadership for FIXING the REAL economic problem. We should be looking OUTSIDE the political Clowns to figure that out. America HAS to develop NEW industries in robotic, materials science, biotech, artificial intelligience, and the other sciences. ALL levels of jobs will result from that.

The 1% includes LARGELY authors, sports stars, entertainers, high level doctors/lawyers, inventors, ect. CEOs and Wall Street types are a MINORITY in that class. But of ALL those people in that class, they have a skill set ALREADY prepared for the new economy.

Seeing as how YOU still believe in the "fixed pie" scenario, for which there is NO scientific basis -- I wouldn't expect you to understand the fundamental changes that MUST happen in the workforce to rejuvenate salaries in the middle and bottom of the wage scale...

So it would be a waste of time discussing with you how we get there thru education, enhanced market competition, and encouraging capital to flow into those NEW INDUSTRIES that America MUST pursue..
