In Utah, the Bible was removed for two weeks in one district prior to a reversal and reinstatement.
It is thus not banned in Utah.
In Colorado, a district was asked to remove the Bible as a direct response to conservative demands for bans of LGBTQ+ supportive literature, but this request did not succeed, and was only made to illustrate the dangers of conservative free speech suppression/arson.
It is thus not banned in Colorado.
But while the Bible is wildly inappropriate for under 12s, I don't support the banning of deeply disturbing books like the Bible and Mein Kampf for 12+s.
Until then, my assessment stands, as does the degree of my certainty.
