Well, since the Democrats are flooding us with illegals, that's probably true today. I objected before because the word "generally" wasn't there. This wasn't always true, but today it is because of the Democrats and their actions.

Does the USA have laws that define how non citizens may enter the country? Does it have laws defining how one can become a citizen? YES it does.

Now, why do the democrats not want those laws enforced?

Answer: they have convinced themselves that they can turn illegals into dem voters because they know that they can never win another election if only american citizens vote.
