She thinks that SHE is to blame for his explosions...she thinks that she can stop them from happening, by following his rules...

HE, thru the repeated abuse, coupled with her fear, and stripped self confidence, has convinced her/brainwashed her, to believe what i said above....it's all her fault. This is how, she is controlled and ends up staying in the relationship....it's not that she thinks he will change, she thinks she has to change to make him not beat her....she thinks it's her own doing, thus she can fix it....

this is a very low state in life....

she needs to get OUT of that relationship now, RIGHT NOW.....THEN SHE needs to get counseling for herself....the hell with him and his counseling that he is supposedly in....

There is absolutely no excuse for him beating the shit out of her. What the hell is she thinking? Never go back into an abusive relationship. I mean it is not like she doesn't have the means to take care of her self.

If she left him, she would just get back into another abusive relationship. She needs for family and friends to step forward and get her the help she needs.

Why does she have such low self esteem to take him back? What happened in her past to put up with that from a man?

Simply put, an abusive relationship you have grown accustomed to is preferable to to no relationship or dealing with something new.

That's why cops hate domestic violence scenes. You can drag the scum sucking sob whose chooking the crap out of some poor woman off of her pull him down and handcuff and the poor deranged woman will try to stick a knife in you for hurting her man.
