I think I knew Prince Talal. I was stationed in Saudi mid 70s while with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He owned a a white Rolls Royce and we would go to various foreign compound parties in Jeddah where alcohol was served and he would party. I remember, if he is the same guy, he had graduated from Syracuse University and should be about my age. Good guy, maybe he can make a difference.
