I remember when Trump said he would move the US embassy to Jerusalem. It was a promise every President had made before him, but they failed to follow through with it, so the declaration was nothing major.

However, when he actually did what he said he was going to do compared to the Presidents before him who lied about doing it, you would have thought the world was coming to an end as people screamed, "You can't do that!!"

Well, he did,

Doing what you say you will do is perhaps the most controversial thing a politician can ever do.

The Wailing wall is ancient Canaanite construction of a foundation going back to around 3000 BC, which is 2000 years before the short lived Hebrew invasion.

Which is why they were easily beaten and continually driven out by the Assyrians around 850 BC, the Babylonians around 720 BC, the Persians around 500 BC, the Greeks around 450 BC, the Seleucids around 250 BC, and the Romans around 170 AD.

The Hebrew left not a single trace, built nothing, and created nothing of historic significance.

The Ottomans who were Muslims themselves. never mentioned a Palestine or Palestinian people, but they did invote the Jews to resettle In what they considered as their religious and ancestral holy land.
