How did you lose it?

I was a bit of a bad boy and was put on Discouraged Mode.
However, being the humble and self-aware person that I purport myself to be, I admitted I was wrong and apologized.
The disabling of Discouraged Mode, though, seems not to be working properly.
It could be a nuance with the server.
