Buffalo Grove Suburb of Chicago? WTF?

The place used to be a shithole.....Maybe it's been gentrified since.

I note no NOtVA school systems are listed.....Usually the best in the land.....Too white and Asian I guess.....Overall Virginia ranks 10th.
