The family refused and ignored voluntary deportation that is a criminal offense. The father has been working in the U.S. since 1991 committing more crimes. This family has committed more crimes than Al Capone.The illegal aliens like him and his brood are stealing jobs from low skilled workers who are U.S. citizens. They steal entry level jobs from America’s youth and the elderly. These illegal aliens are making the U.S. a war torn country. Just look at all the crimes, rapes, fires, murders and maiming they have done to the American citizens. Their illegal alien children over crowd the school systems and they are bankrupting hospitals and other resources intended for Americans. We give enough foreign aid to the world they don’t have the right to come and steal what isn’t their’s.

Their “Family” is in Guatemala yes, they breed like rabbits down there and I imagine they have at least 50 – 100 first generation direct family members to go home to. They should all be deported. Their children can help their own country develop into a thriving prosperous nation. Families like this one are a drain on social services and benefits that are supposed to be for American citizens only, and not the illegal aliens from 3rd world countries. We are the most generous country in the world and we deserve respect and we must demand that everyone obey the laws of the land! The politician's better wake up or be voted out of office!

Would you let a stray cat claim your backyard as home and then reproduce and invite more strays in? All the while their expecting you to feed them and provide shelter, if you did you would be called "A Crazy Cat Lady". The deferral policy in the context of prosecutorial discretion makes no one ‘legal,’ these individuals remain subject to prosecution and deportation.

It’s idiotic to suggest otherwise.

I think most people just don't want to be called 'racist', mostly its public sympathy that keeps illegals in the US. But at the end of the day these people aren't gypsies, but illegal immigrants that have come into the country. It is easy to tell them to go home, but given the drug trade I doubt illegal immigration will end. Plus political lobby groups for illegals have become so powerful that when states like Arizona try to pass laws to contain illegal immigration; the state is taken to court.

Union heads representing thousands of America's immigration agents slammed the Obama administration Thursday over a policy they claim is forcing officials to ignore the law and allowing illegal immigrants to exploit the system.

In a startling allegation, the president of the union representing Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers claimed illegal immigrants are "taking advantage" of a new directive allowing some undocumented residents who came to the U.S. as children to stay in the country. Union boss Chris Crane said the policy ends up allowing illegal immigrants to avoid detention without any proof -- particularly so-called "dreamers," or those illegal immigrants who would benefit under the "DREAM Act" proposal, which Congress has not passed but the administration has partially implemented.

"Prosecutorial discretion for dreamers is solely based on the individual's claims. Our orders are if an alien says they went to high school, then let them go," he said at a press conference with GOP senators. "Officers have been told that there is no burden for the alien to prove anything. ... At this point we don't even know why DHS has criteria at all, as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the alien.

Crane cited one case in which, he said, an immigrant facing criminal charges was let go under the policy. Further, he complained that officers are "under threat of losing their jobs" if they defy the policy.

This is just the beginning of the “Amnesty under the Door Program”. Once the Dreamer’s get their legal status they’ll each legally be able to petition to bring to the United States up to 9 relatives a piece. Do you see where this is going, the stray cat syndrome, America will be called the Crazy Cat Lady. You know the one, where she lives in a house with 87 cats and never lets them go outside because she doesn’t want them to get hurt.

The politicians want to exploit Mexico and Central America and they only way they can do that is be a united continent. The economy will not collapse because we have 12.8 million unemployed Americans to fill jobs. LINK Some of these illegal aliens are making 14 - $22.00 an hour. A garbage man's job pays around $20 - $24.00 an hour. Big business and cheap business and movie stars only hire illegal aliens because they work cheap because they have to because they're illegally in the country. Let them pay prevailing wages to an American or go without. No one is above the laws of the land.

By the time you add up what the illegal aliens are costing the U.S. taxpayers just living here and multiplying their brood the cost is astronomical. It would be far cheaper to get rid of the illegal aliens than to keep paying benefits for them. The cost for Police, prison systems, schools, medical needs and putting out the fires they start would pay for its self multiple times!! The only ones that would miss them would be big business because it would cut into their profits if they had to pay an American prevailing wages to do the same job. So, I say Boo Hoo to them, most of them are multi-millionaires and they can eat it.

People who hire illegal aliens are just using the U.S. taxpayers to pay for their employees medical and other benefits while they pay them dirt cheap wages. I say screw them both the illegal aliens and big business we have given them enough! Why should the illegal aliens step in line in front of everyone else who’s legally trying to get into the country just because they lied and cheated the system? It's time to take away the Get-Out-Jail-Free-Card.

At this point in time I think Americans would take jobs at a lower wage just to have a job. The Democrats are trying to import a new voter base and that is a big problem.

This time around I believe you're right about the politicians both parties want amnesty for the illegal aliens. In order to stop it we have to grab the politicians by the short hairs. We have to make their world a living Hell and prove to them that it’s better that they don't give amnesty to the illegal alien law breakers.
