If the yearbook claim wasn't dead before

WATCH: Allred Admits She Does Not Know If Moore Signed Accuser's Yearbook

It's certainly dead now. Allred admits she doesn't know if Moore actually signed the yearbook.

No attorney would admit this if there was any chance it was true.

Certainly explains why she won't let it be analyzed

Sounds like she is trying to make an out for a defamation suit.
So are you suggesting the dishwasher came out and forged Moore's signature?
What a stupid line of questioning.
No one will know until there is a forensic handwriting analysis done. Allred will see to it, once the proper venue is established, either in the counter suit filed by Moore or in the Senate investigation which will occur if he is elected.
What many are suggesting is that some kid named Roy signed the girls yearbook almost 40 years ago. Recently someone added the rest of the stuff to the yearbook.

That was after the suggestion that the restaurant was spelled wrong was debunked, despite Mrs Moore putting fake pictures on FaceBook.
The suggestions just keep coming after the previous one was shot down. Has the possibility that it is his signature even crossed your mind?

There are plenty of accurate photocopies available. I'm sure plenty of experts have had ample opportunity to view it. If it were determined to be a fake, fox would have a dozen of those experts on 24/7.
Note that Moore is not releasing anything he wrote by hand from back then.
Being an assistant district attorney, I'm sure there are plenty of things he wrote by hand that is public record.
And none of it being used to disprove the yearbook signature
There has been plenty publish to create doubt that the signature is Moore's. That being said, an independent expert needs to examine the signature.

Even the "Roy" part looks accurate

That is a possibility... let's get if verified.

From a bit of reading I've done, forensic handwriting analysis is another example of a technique that is not necessarily that accurate. Here's an example: How Handwriting Analysis Works

It is supposed to be harder to do when comparing to writing from a long time ago.

:dunno:

A forensic analysis would look at more than the loops and squiggles of a signature
It would analyze the ink and determine if it was recent or from 40 years ago

Something like the FBI would do

No fhere hasn’t been anything published. Are you talking about blogs saying the 7’s are slightly different? That kind of complete bullshit?

It's possible that Roy Moore did sign his first name and someone added the rest. That would explain the different colors of ink that some of the pictures seem to show. Of course those pictures may have been altered to make the colors look different when they really are not.
At any rate, an independent expert needs to verify. Waiting until after the election to verify will be moot.

Why do you think the 7s looking different is bullshit? They are very different.

so many people quick to defend child predators because of their politics...eww

Certainly you would think the accuser would want the signature verified?

If she is sure it is real, no reason not to let an expert check it out.

There is enough evidence to put the matter before a civil grand jury. Moore v. all of his accusers, all under oath and in jeopardy of committing a felony.

So Moore is down to what? 13 accusers?
see that contaminates all the accusations. she was number two with an accusation. if one is false and there is no evidence, then all are false. oops!!!!

How many threads bringing up this same stupid crap are there going to be. Of course Aldred does not know 100% for sure Moore signed it, she was not there 40 years ago. But she does trust her client which is why she presented the yearbook. Out of all the attempts to discredit the yearbook, this is by far the most lame and stupid.

The Moore defenders are getting desperate.
One would think with a signature that is so important the lawyer would have her own expert verify the signature before going public with it.

It is not really that important, she is just one of multiple accusers.

Do you think everyone who has questions about published reports should bring suit? Talk about jamming up the courts.

We could answer all the questions by simply producing the original signature for independent forensic examination and get this whole thing settled within days.

Why the fear if her testimony before the cameras are true?

Strange if you ask me.

My original statement still stands true today. Why did none of these women come forward during his forty years of service? If you argue because it is now national news, then A. it must never bothered the actual women who came forward since they didn't come forward in that forty years of service or B, it never happened. so if it is so egregious then coming forward should have been done earlier in his life. All waiting forty years does is create speculation. and no, i do not find any of these women credible. I'm still waiting on the famous 12 from Trump. were are they?

But she is the only one with evidence that actually can be forensically tested. Kind of important. So important her attorney showed it in a press conference.

well, it sort of is. it was the only supposed evidence. She now has created speculation on it all as tainted.

Is there enough evidence? Testimony about things that happened 40 years ago is bound to be spotty, at best, from all parties. Even should analysis of the yearbook be done and accepted, concluding that Moore wrote it, it would still not even come close to conclusive evidence of a crime. The time gap involved here makes it seem unlikely that Moore will be convicted of a crime, even if he committed one.

again it falsifies here entire interview. now she is a liar. And now how many others did the exact same thing. Again, these women did not come out on their own. they were conjured up by a WAPA reporter. I call that convenient.

Allreds goal is to keep Moore out of the senate. If Moore doesn't win the senate seat, all this will go away.

If Moore wins the Senate seat, it will also go away. There will be no profit in it.
