I don't know about Bill's show, being on HBO and dealing with real news and important topics I don't think you can consider it when comparing the Fox attempt to compete with Stewart or Colbert. I know I probably will not watch it, based on the episode I saw, it was subpar. Stewart set the bar for the genre and Colbert continues to set it higher every night.
