The Superintendent is a gentleman. I do not recall his name but he was quoted by a parent as agreeing with what the assistant superintendent put out in a press release.

First of all, you don't know what the law says if you think that. Second of all, if the student in your example is in fact an American citizen then she'll have a social security number and will not be arrested because she'd easily be able to prove that she's not an ILLEGAL immigrant.
