b. Half-Truth: Any degree is evident that the student was diligent, serious and able to meet deadlines in terms of showing up and finishing assignments on time.

c. High School, IMO, needs to include an optional 13th and 14th level*, where in they learn the skills necessary to succeed in a University, and for students fed up with school and want to enter a trade or technology which does not require 4-years and hundred of thousands of dollars.

d. These 13 &14th levels can be taught by professionals: journeymen, established authors, lawyers, doctors, nurses, accountants, Law Enforcement, who do not need to have a credential or even a college education.
