What else is fact is that the SBPP is appointed by the governor. Since 1992 the governor has been a republican.

And again......you refuse to understand that when local prosecutors and judges plea bargain away the gun charges, and plea bargain away the most violent charges, the parole board doesn't get to see them.....they are not on the record, you dumb ass......so you have a violent offender in prison after using a gun to rob someone....he goes to prison, but the gun charge was dropped, the violent robbery charge was dropped to misdemeanor battery.......so he easily gets paroled...you idiot.
