Actually I'm having fun laughing at your life style. I play my life by my rules and enjoy every single day without going to work except when I visit my business.
The only items that bothers me is when its too hot ( 120° ) right now in Palm Spring that I cannot go out and play golf behind my house but I'm here in La Jolla San Diego. And in Key B....... are those sea gulls and pelicans shitting in my backyards and my boat. Those are the only items that bothers me in my daily routines....

I once knew a couple who buried their daughter who died from lung cancer. No one in their family smoked so they blamed an uncle who smoked (rarely around the girl). The uncle took it hard. I put a radon test kit in the dead daughters home (her bedroom was in the basement). The test came out at an incredibly high level.

But who tests for radon when there's so much anecdotal evidence that non smokers die of lung cancer due to the dreaded second hand smoke?

I test buildings for environmental issues, asbestos, mold and radon are the most common as a part of my job, so no, I don't sell the tests. For my freinds I will often supply the test kits at cost. I make no profit from the tests or required repairs.

I agree with that. That is what we are arguing about. How the smokers here seem to think it's okay to smoke in small enclosed areas and screw everyone else! The rest of us nonsmokers just have to go somewhere else so that they can sit on their butts and smoking their butts instead of just going outside!

I believe that the government has authority to limit smoking in areas inhabited by children as they cannot make informed decisions.

I do not agree that the government has compelling reasoning to force these restrictions, nor compell business owners to allow smoking, in adult based businesses (bars) or tobacco retailers.

If it were possible to do that without affecting everybody around the smoker who doesn't want it, that would be great. I guess that's what vaping is supposed to accomplish.

Unfortunately in practice, what happens is a (for example) restaurant just designates a section as "smoking" and then pretends air isn't a gas that expands to everywhere inside a container. In effect once they designate a 'smoking' area they have designated the entire building as such, because gases don't read signs.
