Amongst white women.

Many Democrats have long hoped that Hillary Clinton might expand Barack Obama‘s electoral coalition by drawing in more white women voters.

A new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll suggests she may have a tough time pulling it off. Mrs. Clinton is losing ground with white women and many other important slices of the electorate, the poll shows, amid a spate of reports about her email practices, speaking fees and foreigndonations to the Clinton Foundation.

In June, 44% of white women had a favorable view of Mrs. Clinton, compared to 43% who didn’t. In July, those numbers moved in the wrong direction for Mrs. Clinton: Only 34% of white women saw her in a positive light, compared to 53% who had a negative impression of her, the poll found.

Mr. Obama fared poorly with white women voters in the 2012 election, losing them to Republican challenger Mitt Romney by 14 points.

For Team Clinton, the latest poll numbers are a worrisome development. Mrs. Clinton is unlikely to match the African-American turnout that propelled Mr. Obama to two presidential victories, so she has to make up the difference somewhere else. Women eager to see a woman in the White House is a logical group to target.

This is likely going to be a much closer election than many on the Left believe.

I agree. I also wonder if the DNC will kick Hilbat to the curb and support someone they think will have a better chance of winning??

Hillary wants to be Coronated not Elected. Smart women are beginning to realize that.

Prediction: She will not be the Democrat Nominee.

If she's the nominee I'll eat a month long ban.

Hillary's loosing ground due to her lack of transparency. Why isn't she putting it all out on the table?
Instead she is cocky and avoids any questions, to me this shows that she can not be trusted! She is bringing herself down.

It is insulting actually...

I do believe Obama came out with the "What you see is what you get" nothing to hide. We believed him.

Trump is gaining lead because of America is sick of the bullshit lies in the government.

We are not stupid , and the internet like this forum has helped so much to process and talk about what is going on in America.

The days of closet lies may be a bit harder to get away with because of our international communication.

Time to bring back Al Gore!

Time to bring back Al Gore!

Why? He's just as arrogant & hypocritical as Hillary is. The guy is just FOS.....like all liberals. :)

But it would be great! The Dems have such a weak bench of aging Boomers, it looks like an AARP meeting: Hillary!, Gore, Kerry, Biden, and Sanders.

What a h00t!

I think it's going to be a close election. Except when I was kidding I have always said as much. What I think you're overlooking is in our binary elections, it's either A or B, Red or Blue, D or R if you prefer.

When women look at the GOP nominee and what they stand for, their statements on Roe, their party's opposition to LLFPA, VAW, etc... you'll see the margins return.

She is too unlikeable on so many levels. She is a proven liar. She sold her office for personal gain. Women read these things and they realize that it is their children that this woman has placed in danger, and they don't forget.

This is dangerous stuff for the Hildebeast. Her team better figure out a way to stop her sliding in this and other polls. She's trending downward so has to first stop it and then try to reverse the numbers back to where they were or hopefully higher, growing.

The news is reporting it so it's gonna get around to more and more of the public. If they start to think she's looking like a loser it could be over or at least a lot rockier road to the nomination. Time will tell.

Meanwhile, back in D.C. Trey Gowdy is licking his chops.

October 2016 is finally here, and the first of three debates between the Democratic and Republican nominees is underway. We now join the program, already in progress.

MODERATOR: For this next question, we'll start with Ms. Clinton. Madam Secretary, how would you deal with the federal debt?

CLINTON: We need to tax the rich more, take excess profits from the oil companies, and abort more welfare babies up to three months after birth.

MODERATOR: And you, sir?

REPUBLICAN: BENGHAZIWHITEWATEROBAMACAREMONICAEMAILSCANDAL

MODERATOR: Ooookayyyy...And what is your plan for dealing with high gas prices? You first, sir.

REPUBLICAN: BENGHAZIWHITEWATEROBAMACAREMONICAEMAILSCANDAL

MODERATOR: Of course. And you, Madam Secretary?

CLINTON: As I said, we should take excess profits from the oil companies. And we should use that money to fund solar powered cell phones and personal computers.

REPUBLICAN: So you can use the sun to power your emails to the Clinton Foundation donors, right!?!?!

(Laughter)

MODERATOR: The cost of college tuition has been rising faster than the rate of inflation for three decades now, and neither party has done a thing about it. What would you do, Ms. Clinton?

CLINTON: Tax the rich more, and make the first two years of college free. (Smiles)

(Applause)

MODERATOR: And you, sir?

REPUBLICAN: BENGHAZIWHITEWATEROBAMACAREMONICAEMAILSCANDAL

And Trey Gowdy is not her problem. Her problem is her. Bernie's sort of a perfect foil. No one who would remotely consider voting for a dem wants a goper whose policy is to replace Obamacare with what preceded it, cut taxes for the 1% and nominate judges who pass the keep CI litmus test. But, you look at Bernie, and even though he's an old socialist .... there is no arrogance, and what you see is what's there.

Hillary is:

(1) NOT Trustworthy
(2) UGLY
(3) Unlikeable
(4) Incompetent
(5) Nasty
(6) Reprehensible

Other than that, she's great!

Apparently, you haven't met the real Hillary.
If you did, you would never have said that.

In fact, you would never say anything again!!
