It would be interesting to see if the admins here would (I know they could) scan the IP's of the different posters here to lay to rest whether something like that could be happening here. From both sides.

This has been going on for some time now by muslims, and Wiki is banning them when they find out. If more than one person accesses the servers from the same computer the server highlights this and reports to the admins. This is why I do a search of the authors of wiki entries to see if they have been banned or are part of an ISLAMONAZI FIFTH COLUMN

Anyone with the most elementary knowledge of Internet Protocol and the addresses knows that any IP address that starts with 192.168.1.xxx is a LAN address assigned to your computer by the modem/router that you use to access the WAN (Internet).
My server runs a individually installed 'WAMP' and is accessible by anyone; though when I see folks trying to access the admin side, then I block those IP's.
