Happy Earth Day

By the time Hitler came to power, socialism in varying degrees was agreed upon by the people of Germany as the system they preferred. The beef was between yellow socialists and red socialists.

With this sort of leftists in USA I fully understand, why don't you like communism and so on :)

22nd of April - an anniversary of Lenin. A man, who brought light in Russia.

Hitler was right wing in the European sense. Not in the American sense of 'right wing'.

So, Lenin was a left wing of Russia, not in the American sense of "left wing" :)

Wrong. Because the left wing is internationalist, no matter where you go...they're the same pieces of shit.

He brought "light" in Russia?

Millions of starved people in Ukraine would have had great grandchildren to question that....

Do you know, Lenin was dead for a seven years, when your "millions of starved people" begin to suffer at Ukraine? :)

The only relation of Lenin to the Ukrainian "holodomor" - he created Ukraine, like political subject. I think, you're partially right - without control from federal center, ukrainian "national" rulers able to organize starvation not only in 20th, but in 21st century too...

And about light - completely YES. The program of Russian electrification was performed by Lenin, regardless of huge difficulties, civil war and economic crash.

Wrong. Because the left wing is internationalist, no matter where you go...they're the same pieces of shit.

So, using your definition, neither Lenin and Stalin were leftists, only Trotsky... ;-\ Not an usual classification for Russian realities...

Thank God for the Earth Day kooks and the idiots that have bought into all the various iterations of climate this, that, and other crapola. Without them we never would have been prepared for the coming new ice age they predicted that somehow just melted away into nothing. And ditto for the worldwide famine that was gonna kill millions because of crop failures due to soaring temperatures, that somehow never happened. And I'm still pissed I invested in that mid Ohio real estate that was going to be extremely valuable beachfront property once the NYC and everything in between was underwater because the ocean rose so dramatically due to melting ice caps, etc.

Yeah, good old Earth Day. Put it on the shelf, right between Santa and the Easter Bunny will do.

And look at all the global warming hysteria today. The left thrives on fear and panic.

In honor of 'Earth Day' we barbecued California Condor over a flame pit filled with endangered hardwoods.

And then went for a drive in the Hummer and left it idling in the drive overnight.

Despite the violent nature of some of the people involved in the beginning of Earth Day, there is nothing wrong with it.
Inherently - you are correct. But when you consider that "Earth Day" is leveraged by the left for political power and wealth through spreading propaganda, there is a lot wrong with it.

"Earth Day" is a reminder for liberal, progressive, hypocritical lazy slobs: CLEAN UP YOUR MESS!!

For normal people every day is Earth Day.

Despite the violent nature of some of the people involved in the beginning of Earth Day, there is nothing wrong with it. In fact, there is much right with it. Highlighting things that reduce pollution, reduce the use of dangerous chemicals in favor of better options is not a democrat or leftie thing. It is a smart thing.

I occasionally work with a friend who has a business using goats to clear kudzu, privet, poison ivy ect. His business is booming. He is making good money. The customers love having the goats in their yards or at their business. And it reduces the use of defoliants. Win/win.

Today I was out with 2 of the herds. And Monday I will spend a few hours at a local elementary school with a few of the goats. The students love it.
How is having a dedicated day going to change anything? If you care you care, if you don't you don't.

LIGHT? Communists referred to Stalin's birthday - December 21st - as the day after which there is more light in the world.

Funny - or sad - that the founders and promoters of the darkest and most evil ideology ad regime talk about light.

Funny that with Lenin and Stalin and Mao and Pol Pot some idiots still equate the ultimate human evil with Hitler.

BTW who is a socialist? Answer: A communist without political power.

Earth Day doesn't have to be political.

Are we saying that in a group of 100 or so adults, we can't get 90 or more to agree on clean water, clean air, and less trash in landfills?

Is that what we've come to?

Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov aka Lenin had a very apt pupil in Yossif Vissarionovitch Dzugashvili aka Stalin who carried out Lenin's plan to deadly success.

What good is electricity if the State has taken all your food?

Is it better to starve by electric light than starve by candle light?
